Non-Public Personal Information Security and Protection Notice

Idaho County Title Company (ICTC or the Company) recognizes its need to maintain the confidentiality of non-public personal information (NPPI) and endeavors to preserve the security of all NPPI in its possession.  Our policy is in accordance with Federal and State laws and regulations, and is also in support of the Company’s Privacy Policy Notice available in all transactions.  The NPPI covered by our policy may come from various sources and the policy affects all employees performing tasks on behalf of the Company.  It is inclusive of any NPPI maintained on all clients, past and present, of ICTC.  The scope of our policy is intended to be comprehensive and includes Company requirements for security and protection of such information throughout ICTC premises.

We may collect nonpublic information from the following sources:

• Information we received such as on applications or other forms.
• Information about transactions we secure from our files, or from others.
• Information that we receive from others involved in a transaction such as real estate agent or lender.

Unless it is specifically stated otherwise in an amended Privacy Policy Notice, no additional NPPI will be collected about you.

We also may disclose this information about our customers or former customers to the following types of nonaffiliated companies that perform service on our behalf or with whom we are providing services in connection with a transaction performed:

• Financial services providers such as companies engaged in banking, consumer finance and insurance.
• Software technical assistance providers.

We do not disclose any NPPI with anyone for any purpose that is not specifically permitted by law.

We restrict access to NPPI to those employees who need to know that information in order to provide products or services.  We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards that comply with federal regulations to guard NPPI.
